We've launched a new online Victim Journey Portal to help victims of crime keep up to date with their case and stay connected with officers.

People who are invited to use the portal, after they have reported a crime to us, can securely access updates about their case, see what has happened so far and understand what happens next.

The portal is there to make it easier for victims to access information about their case, but it doesn't replace personal contact with officers. Victims can still speak to us directly as they always have, and using the portal is entirely optional.

We know being a victim of crime can be a difficult and worrying experience. The portal is designed to make it easier for people to get information about their case and stay informed as it progresses.
